<description>General Function &amp; Key Objectives:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Primary Responsibilities:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;* Support and implement factory initiatives regarding this new product line. Duties will include carrying out market surveys, confirm the existence of these machines in our territory, research and recommend new markets in the USA for these products, and prioritizing the markets we should go after. &lt;br/&gt;* Communicate with our Parts &amp; Services group to insure technical support and inventory are in place to support our customers, and confirm part numbers are set up in the system, so we can transact this business.&lt;br/&gt;* Develop a portfolio of competitor information including product specification, current representatives in the USA, and market shares if possible.&lt;br/&gt;* Establish market prices and ensure discipline in the application of such pricing.&lt;br/&gt;Support the sales force in their sales efforts, including assisting in preparation of major quotations, product application studies, analysis of competition, and sales support material.&lt;br/&gt;* Train and support other Area Sales Managers in product and commercial issues.&lt;br/&gt;* Initiate and control all non-warranty or factory upgrades and improvements.
