<description>Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on oil injected and oil-free air compressors. Preventative maintenance should be conducted in accordance with manufacturer&#8217;s recommendations (with regards to schedule and scope). Perform diagnostics on malfunctioning compressors, determine possible causes for malfunctions, and perform repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment. Prior to and following preventative maintenance and repairs test and document the proper operating parameters of the compressor. Provide basic tools to accomplish job along with normal maintenance of tools and equipment. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Serve as an ambassador for the company, promoting the Atlas Copco &#8220;Way&#8221;.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times.</description>

<description>Plans, organizes, and monitors the receiving, storage, and distribution of all items received either from suppliers or production shops ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements. &lt;br/&gt;Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the Warehouse and Receiving mission in an effective and efficient manner. Interview and recommend applicants for hire as Warehouse and Receiving Associates. &lt;br/&gt;Plans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates performance of Warehouse and Receiving Associates; ensures their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations; Counsels, records, and disciplines as necessary. &lt;br/&gt;Maintains an equipment structure and level to accomplish the Warehouse and Receiving mission in a safe, effective manner.
